METHODOLOGY
Individuals and companies will submit written entries to the awards, which the judges will review and whittle down to a shortlist for each category. The shortlists will be announced on the event website and on FT Adviser.
Format: A panel of judges will be picked by the editorial team based on their expertise within the industry, reflecting a spread of companies and groups. There will be a minimum of ten judges including at least one from the editorial staff.
All judging is done on the basis of criteria outlined in the entry requirements, but judges are allowed to take into account their own experience of liaising with entrants.
Entries are open to FCA-regulated, UK-based companies and UK-based service providers to financial advisers, and should refer to initiatives or achievements from the past 12 months.

Entries must come from FCA-regulated, UK-based companies or service providers to financial advisers, focusing on initiatives or achievements from the past 12 months. Companies are asked to highlight their support for minority groups and their efforts to promote and inspire those who are otherwise under-represented. Companies will be recognised for their policies, schemes or initiatives that encourage and enable diversity in the workplace.
There are no fees to submit your entries.
The deadline to submit your entries is 28 February 2025. If you miss the deadline please contact ftevents@ft.com.
The shortlisted companies and individuals will be contacted in April 2025 by the awards coordinator. You'll then have the option to purchase a table to attend the ceremony where the winners will be revealed.
